Just as many, were all my web services offline.

Out of service were all my websites, email accounts and also the installation server. This happened because of widespread server’s outage of my supplier. These services are not running yet, what is surprising, because the company was for a long time one of the best supplier in the field. After two and a half days without any response - support, user forum, chat and phone, I decided to change my supplier.

In comparison with other customers, who also used their services, I had one great advantage. All Web services I have divided between several companies. So when hosting goes down, I can use another vendor, where I backup everything very fast. In the case of one supplier only, I would still be offline (some customers are offline already for a month and also have lost their data). Finally, at the second supplier I redirect domains to other IP addresses and I'm online again. Currently, all the services are running from a new location and from a more powerful server. So everything would be even better than before the failure and I don’t lose any record from databases.

In addition I did one change. From now you can also browse hydrooffice.org through a secure connection. All you need to do is writing before the address https://. Until now, only for installation services were used secured connection.
