Actualization of Piper and Durov Tools

One user alerted me to an error in the definition of external segments in Piper and Durov diagram. I have updated these two programs (full versions) and you can download them.
Since this is a correction of programs, they are listed in download section under the same name. If you want to reinstall the program, license deactivation is not required, because after reinstalling, all your licenses will be active. The reinstallation process in simple:
- uninstall current version
- download new from download section
- install actualized version
